We'll use your Vedic Astrology chart as the starting point for a courageous conversation exploring all the parts of your Self participating in your journey right now.

You will receive specific, actionable invitations designed to guide your next steps in the best direction.

Recommendations can include: 

• Specific Craft or Apothecary content;

• Traditional Vedic remedies like meditation, mantra, donations and community service;

• Ayurvedic daily habits;

• Nature-based invitations, like wandering in a wild place in search of something that surprises you, or cultivating a more intimate relationship with a specific tree or stream;

• Journal prompts and internal parts work;

• Outside education (books, podcasts, courses, etc.); and/or

• Strange but practical suggestions such as rearranging your furniture, taking a fashion risk or trying out a new activity like weightlifting, painting, karaoke or pole dancing.

We will discuss these ideas during the session and then you will receive a written summary for future reference.
