At Ecotone Academy, we recognize that the work of soul-initiation requires a container of immense trust and radical safety. As a Private Membership Association, we maintain a "Private Circle" that exists outside the public domain. This policy outlines how we protect the data you share within that circle.

2. Information We Collect

To facilitate your journey through the Crafts and provide personalized guidance, we collect the following:

  • Identity Data: Name, email, and contact information.

  • Navigational Data: Your results from the Threshold Test, journal entries and comments shared within the portal, and private notes from 1-on-1 sessions.

  • Ā Celestial Data: Birth date, time, and location (for Astrology andĀ IFSS services).

  • Financial Data: Securely processed through third-party encrypted gateways (Kajabi/Stripe/PayPal). We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to support your evolutionary process:

  • To personalize your Threshold Test results and curriculum recommendations.

  • To facilitate 1-on-1 sessions and "Astro-Tensegrity" mappings.

  • To send you updates, Academy announcements, and Substack dispatches.

  • We never sell, rent, or trade your data. In the Ecotone, your information is a resource for your growth, not a commodity for others.

4. The Private Membership Association (PMA) Boundary

By joining Ecotone Academy or using our tools, you acknowledge that you are entering into a private contract.

  • Internal Confidentiality: We protect your "Psyche" data with the same rigor we apply to our own.

  • Third-Party Disclosure: We do not disclose member information to "public" agencies or third parties unless required by a specific, lawful court order that overcomes the protections of our private association.

5. Data Security & Storage

We utilize industry-standard encryption (via Kajabi and integrated secure servers). While no digital transmission is 100% secure, we maintain a "Nuclear Reactor" level of caution regarding the storage of your personal narratives and birth data.

That said, Ecotone Academy and its agents are not legally bound by HIPAA laws, and no system is entirely immune to risks, including data breaches, hacking, or other unauthorized access to electronic communications or stored data. When you become a Member of the Association, you agree to the following provisions:

  • No Liability for Data Breach: theĀ Academy and its agents are not liable for any loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to cyber-attacks, hacking, or other breaches beyond our control.
  • No Liability for Injuries or Damages: theĀ Academy and its agents shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, injuries, or damages (including emotional, psychological, financial, or other forms) that may result from such unauthorized access to your information.
  • Personal Responsibility: You accept personal responsibility for the information you choose to share through any electronic or online means, and you understand the risks involved in using these communication methods. You are not required to share any information you do not feel comfortable sharing.

6. Your Rights (Your Sovereign Choice)

You remain the author of your own story. At any time, you may:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

  • Request the permanent deletion of your "Coordinates" (Account and Data).

  • Opt-out of any non-essential communication.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal "cookies" to ensure the Academy portal functions smoothly (e.g. keeping you logged in, remembering your progress in the Crafts). We do not use invasive tracking to follow you across the web.

8. Updates to this Policy

As the Ecotone evolves, so may this policy. Any significant changes will be announced within the Member Commons.
