I. JURISDICTION: THE SACRED CIRCLE

This website and its contents are the private property of the Church of Cymaticsā€”a 508(c)1a unincorporated faith-based organization. We invoke the separation of Church and State and the Right to Free Assembly as preserved by the Constitution of the United States.

The mission of the Church is to facilitate personal and planetary healing through holistic Self-awareness and conscious evolution. All programs, services, and "Crafts" are offered under the umbrella of the Church and its auxiliary Private Membership Association, Ecotone Academy.

As Members, we affirm jurisdiction under Natural Law. We are guided by the Holy Scriptures, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), and the Constitutions of the United States and Canada. We regard these as living documents devised to protect the inalienable rights granted to us as natural-born Earthlings.

II. NATURE OF THE EQUITABLE EXCHANGE

Membership in the Academy is a private contract between members. By joining, you agree to the following:

  • Dues vs. Fees: Any financial contributions are regarded as voluntary donations or dues paid for Membership in a private association. They are not payments for regulated professional services.

  • Privileged Information: All consultations, courses, and conversations are an exchange of privileged information between Members in the private domain.

  • No Licensed Relationship: Any advice regarding health or psyche is shared in the capacity of a fellow Member. Within this Association, no doctor-patient nor any other licensed professional relationship exists.

  • Equitable Exchange: Members agree that the value of the insights, community, and curriculum provided is an equitable exchange for the dues contributed.

III. CODE OF CONDUCT & CONFIDENTIALITY

The protection of personal privacy is a sacred duty within the Ecotone.

  • The Seal of the Ecotone: Members may be privy to proprietary research, esoteric practices, and the sensitive personal revelations of other Members. You agree to keep all such information strictly private.

  • Proprietary Rights: The "Crafts" and educational materials are the intellectual property of the Church. You agree to a policy of non-distribution in perpetuity.

  • The Storytellerā€™s Rule: When sharing your experience with non-members, you agree to honor the anonymity of the circle. Always ask: "Is this my story to tell?"

IV. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DATA SECURITY

We utilize industry-standard encrypted platforms (including Kajabi, Zoom, and secure cloud storage) to protect our internal infrastructure. However, as a Private Association, the following applies:

  • HIPAA Exempt: The Church and its agents are not legally bound by HIPAA laws.

  • Data Breach: The Church is not liable for unauthorized disclosure of information due to cyber-attacks or breaches beyond our control.

  • Personal Responsibility: You accept responsibility for the information you choose to share. You are never required to share details that compromise your sense of safety.

  • No Guarantees: While we provide rigorous guidance, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Effectiveness depends on the Memberā€™s active participation.

V. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: THE PEACEMAKER PATH

We choose to resolve differences as sovereign adults within the private domain.

  • Direct Resolution: Members agree to take all reasonable steps to resolve issues directly with the concerned parties.

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by equitable laws according to the Plum Village Conflict Resolution Guide.

  • Peacemaker Equity: If good-faith efforts fail, you expressly waive the right to public litigation and agree that any lawful action shall be adjudicated by Peacemaker Equity (PeacemakerEquity.com).

  • Refund Policy: The Church operates a no-refund policy. Membership may be terminated at any time, but all contributions are final.

VI. AFFIRMATION OF FREE WILL & NON-AGENCY

I enter into this agreement of my own free will, in the private capacity as a freeborn human.

I affirm that I do not represent any Local, State, or Federal agency, or any organization whose purpose is to investigate or enforce legal codes and statutes where noĀ person has been intentionally harmed.

I understand that any attempt to carry out a mission of enforcement or entrapment within this Association will be considered a trespass on privacy and property. I agree that such a trespass renders me personally liable for liquidated damages in the amount of $1,000,000.00, plus $1,000 per minute the trespass continues.


Member Acknowledgment

In becoming a member, I assert that I have read and understood this document. I understand that my membership is a private contract and can be revoked if I engage in abusive or harassing behavior. These pages consist of the entire agreement for my membership in the Association.
