Your time isn’t slipping away. You’re living out of rhythm.
Time Craft is an 8-week return to organic time grounded in timeless nature-based principles in alignment with modern circadian science.
If you're feeling:
- Rushed or behind, even when your schedule looks reasonable
- Guilt when you rest and restless when you work
- Caught between urgency & apathy (and never fully present)
- A pressure to "optimize" your life, even though you’re repelled by productivity culture
- Disconnected from your own innate rhythms
None of this means you lack discipline, motivation, or even the willpower to achieve the goals you watch others achieve with envy.
It means you’re living in cultural time and not organic time.
Cultural time is the dominant framework of the Western world.
It treats time as something to manage or “solve,” and is obsessed with systems, discipline, and routines.
People who thrive in organic time rebuild the framework so they’re not swimming upstream.
They don’t try to “fix” time. Instead, they inhabit time and allow their habits, attention, and pace to reorganize naturally from there.
Time to reorient yourself to organic time.
Rather than teaching you how to squeeze more into your days, this work helps you understand how time actually functions across days, seasons, and life phases…so your habits and decisions can align with reality instead of constantly pushing against it.
Using principles from Āyurveda, astronomy, and modern circadian science, you’ll learn to work with:
- The true definition of time - what it is and how it works.
- Energetic signatures that define daily, seasonal & life cycles.
- Simple, impactful practices to manage your time & energy.
- The Five Types of Time, the Five Forms of Focus, how to choose which one to use and when.
- The key differences between Natural, Cultural & Quantum Time.
- Larger cycles that influence when it’s time to act, consolidate, or restore.
This is for you, if:
-
You want 2026 to be shaped deliberately rather than by your default habits or programming
- You understand the power of circadian rhythms and natural cycles, but want support living what you already know.
- You have a strained relationship with time. You consistently feel late, rushed, stressed or bored, trying to "kill time."
- You want to apply Āyurvedic wisdom in your daily life and flow with solar & lunar cycles.
Time Craft is a guided re-orientation to organic time. This work is especially supportive if you’re standing at a threshold:
- You’ve just gone through a period of disruption, grief, or transition
- You’re preparing for a new chapter and want to build a solid foundation first
- You want to act, but you’re not inspired by productivity frameworks or traditional advice
Previous participants say:
For those who feel overwhelmed, guilty, or perpetually behind:
"I have absolutely enjoyed the course. I started as a headless chicken, but I am so glad to say that I now have a head. Letting go of guilt is one of the biggest benefits. Vata time comes in and I know it’s okay, it is universally guided to enjoy some guilt-free R&R. I can't even begin to thank you enough. My life has changed so much. You have no idea. I have a better relationship with my teenager because I understand my day better. I am more settled, and he can sense that and he feels safer."

For those who are ready to actually live the theories they’ve been taught:
"I have had the absolute pleasure of being one of Telfer's clients over the last 3 years and I can safely say that this have been life-changing for me. I have new skills that I use every day in order to connect to my own energy field, regulate my emotions and structure my time. I cannot recommend Telfer enough. He is so committed to the service of helping people feel healthy, whole and connected that you just feel blessed to be in his care. 10/10!"
- Garrett H.
For those who have a love-hate relationship with productivity culture:
"Highly recommended! The theory is fantastic, but is even better when you are able to put it into practice and observe the gradual change in your daily life. I started the course with the idea that 'time management' is all about being more productive, and I ended up experiencing that practical aspects of life are not separated from our feelings and external energies... and that ended up being more effective than just focusing on pragmatism. Plus! Telfer is clearly passionate about the topic, so it is hopelessly contagious."

When I invite people to practice Time Craft, the most common thing I hear is:Â
“I don’t have time for a course about time."
Â
Which is inherently pretty funny, and we have to laugh.
But then, here’s what I say:
- Time Craft is not a course. It’s a practicum, all about real-world application and skillful experimentation. There are no rules, requirements or obligations – just a coherent set of invitations and opportunities to reorient your relationship with time and explore new strategies to create greater ease, joy and freedom within given limitations.
- Time Craft creates more time than it takes. With a few simple concepts and easy practices, I know for a fact that you can instantaneously create more spaciousness in your experience of time. Your to-do list won’t necessarily disappear (though it may change!), but your attitude towards it will. When you align your life with natural time, you enhance the chances of flowing downstream with time, as opposed to fighting against the dominant tides.
 - What could possibly be more important? There is, in my opinion, nothing more urgent in life than to discover your unique gifts and figure out how best to give them away. This is a life-long process; it takes time to figure it out; it takes time to enact. Cultivating right relationship with time, then, arises as a pre-eminent task, one of the wisest ways to accelerate the realization of your unique life purpose.
The next most common question is something like,Â
“What do we actually do?"
Â
I love this question.
- We start with a thorough audit. We get fearlessly honest about how you spend your hours, days, months and years. This provides the foundation for everything that follows. We cannot move forward except from where we are. An accurate map is of no use if you don’t know your current location.
- We define time. We identify the many different types of time and play with when and where each type might be most useful. Time is a tool. Having the right tool for the job determines the quality of the outcome. “When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.” Hammers are awesome, sometimes, but so are saws and screwdrivers. We just need to diversify the contents of your toolbelt.
- We practice. The heart of the program is a series of experiments. You are invited to -Â
- practice proven time-blocking techniques for productivity;
- apply ancient & modern circadian science for better sleep and stable energy;Â
- play meditative self-awareness games exploring the five forms of focus in order to consciously choose which type of time you want to experience in any given moment; andÂ
- study the personal impact of grand-scale cycles so you can more accurately orient your in-the-moment actions with the prevailing winds of cosmic time.
There’s more, but that’s a solid summary.
